You can make an enquiry, request a quote or place an order by

Ordering process

  1. Contact us if you need help choosing
  2. Let us know what you want to order
  3. We send you an obligation-free quote
  4. Confirm your order by payment (or purchase order for government customers)
  5. We ship your order to you

We support you throughout the process by

  • giving sales advice,
  • being transparent about order fulfillment times,
  • issuing tracking numbers,
  • and advising you of each stage of the process

Payment options

Credit card

This is the fastest method of payment

We accept credit card payments using Paypal's secure payment service. This attracts a 3.4% surcharge on your invoice. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service.

If you would like to pay by credit card, let us know and we will include payment instructions on your invoice. We can also send a payment request from Paypal's system to you on request.

Electronic funds transfer (EFT)

This is the most popular method of payment and attracts no additional fees

You can transfer funds from your financial institution to our bank account using your institution's online banking service or visiting your branch.

Our invoice will include our account details.

Cheque

This is the slowest method of payment

We also accept cheques, which should be made out to "Wildlife Monitoring". Goods are released for shipping once your cheque clears payment.

Our invoices include information about paying by cheque.

Purchase orders (Government customers)

This is also the fastest method of payment

We will also fill orders for government departments (eg Parks; Council; Environment; Police; other) with the issue to us of a purchase order.

Simply send us the purchase order via email from a government email address.

Please note we may request an up-front deposit in rare cases for some large orders.
